Bermuda Tif-Tuf

Tifway 419 is also a bermuda grass. less drought tolerant than tif-tuf but still does great in open sun areas. fine blade grass. Tifway 419 is a very common sod option and reliable grass. has been used in many golf courses for decades. however it is not s shade tolerant grass.

 

Compadre Zoysia

Zoysia grasses are known for their thick lush feel and look. Compadre Zoysia is exactly that. Medium Blade grass with dark green color. Very easy to maintain, low maintenance. grows slower so required to mow by weekly. recommend height to mow 2-3in. Budget Friendly Zoysia Grass

 

Zeon Zoysia

New and improved Zoysia Fine blade grass most tolerant zoysia grass for traffic and drought tolerant. slow growing grass, requires mowing bi weekly. Extremely weed resistant due to it’s density. Homeowner friendly. Very soft on the feet. most compare like stepping on carpet.   

Tall Fescue

Tall fescue, cool season grass that stays green year round. is a great option for areas that have less sun. Needs a minimum of 3 hours of full sunlight. Dark green color sod that comes in a wide Blade. 

highly recommend you have irrigation system to install this lawn, since it will need 1-1.5in of water weekly in hot summer months.

Centipede

The most easy homeowner friendly option. needs about 6 plus hours of sunlight. heat tolerant but medium toleration to traffic. mowing between 1.5-2.5in.
